General terms and conditions

I. General provisions

The seller is the company:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
 
A customer is a natural or legal person who ordered a product at www.honeycraftmeadery.com (hereinafter referred to as the “buyer”).
 

II. Introductory provisions

The prices for products listed on the e-shop are final.
 
The seller is bound by the price stated on the website at the time of purchase.
 
A ticket is a voucher allowing its owner a one-time entry to the event for which it was purchased. It is valid only for the event for which it was purchased. By using the ticket to enter the event, the ticket holder expresses agreement with the organizer’s instructions for the event.

 

III. Terms of payment

It is possible to pay for ordered products only online (this service is provided in cooperation with Tatrabanka a.s. via the bank’s web interface).

 

IV. Terms of delivery

Within the EU (for countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Netherlands, Croatia, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Hungary, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Italy), we use courier services. The buyer is informed about the shipment dispatch by email.

Delivery method: After online payment of the order (CardPay), the courier company will deliver the products within two to seven working days after dispatch. The recipient can track the order and delivery status on the courier company’s website using the tracking number provided by the sender. The recipient will be contacted by the courier before the shipment is delivered.

Sender does not take responsibility for unsuccessful parcel delivery.

In case of an increase in costs associated with the return delivery of the parcel to the sender/destruction of the parcel, the sender has the right to transfer these costs in the form of an additional invoice with the obligation of payment to the original sender.

 

V. Transport

The shipment to the customer is arranged as follows: After the order confirmation, the order is picked up by the selected courier and delivered to the address provided by the customer. The customer is informed about the shipping cost before placing the order.

VI. Return policy

The seller is not responsible for damages caused by the shipping company. If the goods were shipped in unsatisfactory quality, quantity or assortment, the buyer has the right to its free exchange for goods of equal value. VII. Withdrawal from the contract – return of goods

A) Return of goods

In accordance with § 12 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Distance Selling (Act No. 108/2000 Coll.), you, as a customer, have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods. A tax document (invoice) and a Withdrawal from the Contract form (properly filled out) should be attached to the returned goods. We value the trust of our clients, therefore we allow a double period for withdrawal from the contract. You can return undamaged goods within 28 days without giving a reason.

A) Return of tickets

In accordance with § 7 para. 6 letter k) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on Consumer Protection in the Sale of Goods or Provision of Services, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract and request a refund of the ticket price when purchasing a ticket, including individual types of tickets purchased online, regardless of whether the ticket was purchased directly at the box office or through the website www.honeycraftmeadery.com.

Refunding the paid ticket for an event is not possible unless otherwise stipulated in these general terms and conditions. Similarly, it is not possible to request a refund of the ticket price by the ticket holder in case of non-utilization of the ticket.

 

VIII. Privacy policy

Protection of personal data is guaranteed by the seller on the website www.honeycraftmeadery.com

Providing personal data by the buyer is voluntary. The data provided by the buyer is considered confidential. This information is stored and used in accordance with the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic. IX. Final provisions

All legal relationships arising between the seller and the buyer are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.

Any dispute that may arise can be resolved through alternative out-of-court methods. In such a case, the buyer can contact the Slovak Trade Inspection or resolve the dispute through an independent online dispute resolution platform designated for that purpose. First of all, however, it is recommended to contact the seller directly from point VI. info@honeycraftmeadery.com before the seller turns to specific authorities in terms of out-of-court dispute resolution.

These Terms and Conditions take effect on March 21, 2024.
