VISA Slovak Top Shop 2022 winner

The VISA Slovak Top Shop competition is an analogy to the Michelin stars awarded to restaurants. Incognito inspectors visit and evaluate each month the nominated stores, and then select the ultimate ranking of the best stores of the year from the 12 winners of each month.

For the year 2022, our Včelovina store won 1st place in the main category of the VISA Slovak Top Shop for the best store of the year.

This decision was made by a 13-member evaluation jury based on the assessment of customer experience in eight categories:

1. Exterior of the store
2. Concept/design of the store
3. Navigation/orientation in the store (departments/shelves/,…)
4. Exhibition/presentation of products
5. POP communication including ongoing events
6. Cashless Friendly – support for modern payment methods
7. Digital Signage – utilization of digital media
8. Staff – appropriate number, willingness, activity, and expertise
